Shortly after Sam joined us and went around the lake, by himself, twice. We have a very safe neighborhood but I always think of the worse, so I worried the whole time as I watched him carefully circle our beautiful lake. He wants to try and take his helping wheels off tomorrow. Yes he's still using them, I feel like we've failed parenting in that area, but we're working on it.
Sofija stayed with me in front of the house and rode on the sidewalk back and forth. She still has a cough, so she couldn't ride for very long. She's been home with me the past couple of days because of it, but it also has been nice to have her home. I'm fortunate to have a work-from-home job to be able to stay with them when they're sick.
