Most of you know already but we finally got to close on our house, which at some point I thought would never happen lol. We got our keys on 8-14-09 and moved in that following weekend. We are still not fully unpacked but I'm in no hurry at least we're in the house :)
We also had our house warming party and most of our friends that we invited showed up which was awesome and fun to hang out with everyone :) Like I said it's been 3 weeks since we moved in and I'm barely getting used to calling it my own house :) Sam loves it too, the big space, his own bathroom...loves it.
We still have a lot to work on and finish such as the yard, Sonny's been trying to kill all the weeds, once that's done we'll put in the sprinklers and the sod, so it'll be nice when we can go outside and not be poked by the weeds. I'm also working on finishing up the kitchen, and by that I mean put up a curtain and few minor things. We're gonna re-do Sam's room soon I hope and make it a big boy room and I can't wait for that... and many other things that will happen with time :D
