Buying a house...

I've been trying to convince my husband to buy a house, but he would always tell me "Are you crazy I don't want to live in Utah" and this and that, so I haven't been able to convince him for more than a year now... BUT the other day he calculated some stuff and came to a conclusion that in 5 years if we were buying instead of renting (even though we only pay $895 for rent) we would save over $100,000. $100,000 That's a lot of money!!!!
So, he finally agreed with me that we should consider getting one soon. My friend Ashleigh's dad is a Realtor so he has me talking to a financial lady that he works with. I am waiting for her to call me and tell me what we qualify for but until then I went at his website and picked out few houses I liked and that we would consider... :))))) Here are few of the houses I picked:
